Thomas Chalifoux is a retired Army Colonel, entrepreneur, and proven leader with a lifetime of service to his country and community. He spent decades leading in high-pressure environments where accountability and results mattered—an approach he continues to bring to Central Florida.

After retiring from the military, Thomas built multiple small businesses from the ground up, growing them into multimillion-dollar companies. A licensed General Contractor, his experience spans construction, real estate, hospitality, utility operations, and cattle ranching, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges facing both small and large businesses.

Thomas has also served his community on the Osceola County School Board and in party leadership, including as Osceola Republican State Committeeman. He remains focused on strengthening education, supporting families, and ensuring taxpayers are represented fairly.
